New color tones and colors for PP materials have been added to the Takemoto color selection.

Standard Color
Originally, the selection included 19 standard colors for injection stretch blow molded products made of PET material. In response to feedback from our customers that there should be a color selection for PP material cream containers and caps, we have developed a selection of 21 colors for PP material.
There are 19 colors that are available in the same tone for both PET and PP materials, so complete product lines can be developed with a consistent color theme.

This 2-way cap is ideal for various everyday uses such as sprinkles, salt and pepper, sesame salt, baking soda, bath salts, and pet food and is now available as a standard product. It is available for purchase in small quantities without the need for investment in molds. Coloring is also possible to match your product image. Container capacities of 150 ml, 200 ml, and 300 ml are available.
This cap can be made with CO2 reduction additives. Ideal for green products, the additive has the effect of suppressing the amount of carbon dioxide generated during incineration.

The design is simple and easy to use, and with a thickness of within 30 mm, it is ideal for mail delivery. The stable square shape does not easily collapse during transportation and takes up less space when put on display. The oval shape is highly squeezable and can be used for viscous contents. It can be used in combination with tubes that are also designed for mail delivery.
The special structure of the PEPD series prevents oxidation. It comes with an airless pump for high-viscosity contents, and a dedicated flip-top cap or dispensing plug for low-viscosity contents.
The delaminating (bag-in-a-bottle) structure consists of an inner bag and an outer layer. With this system, only the inner bag collapses when used in combination with airless type accessories. The airless pump prevents air from flowing in from the outlet and the contents are less likely to come into contact with air, so the hygiene and quality of the contents can be maintained at higher level compared to conventional bottles. This securely maintains the freshness of the contents, making it ideal for organic and natural cosmetic products.

Takemoto offers the industry’s widest range of delaminating (bag-in-a-bottle) freshness retaining bottles. We offer not only cylindrical but also oval and square shapes. Sizes from 30 ml to 600 ml are available to suit the application. We also have products that can be purchased in single carton quantities. Furthermore, we also offer series with the same shape in single layer PE and PET bottles, meaning that it is possible to develop complete product lines with specifications to suit various contents.
A new compact-size spray bottle is now available. It is a mini-type mist spray that produces a continuous spray and features a slim shape and flush finish between the pump and bottle.
The bottles are available in capacities of 100ml and 150ml. They are environmentally friendly products that contain plant-derived biomass PE as a raw material.
